• Responsible for achieving the call center targets on a daily basis like AHT, Productivity, Cross sell, retention, First call resolution alongwith ensuring high quality of service with zero unscheduled leaves/ absenteeism.
• Contribute to cross sell targets through inbound as well as outbound channels.
