• B.E / B.Tech,MCA Any Graduate (10+2+3), Any Post Graduates, Diploma Holders (10+2+3) with an aggregate of 55% Marks.
• Fluency in communications skills (written & oral).
• 2011 / 2012 Passouts without experience can also attend.
• Candidates shouldn't have any backlog at the time of IBM process.
• Candidate should have good knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts.
• Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.

Selection Process:

• Written Test.
• Group Discussion.
• Technical Interview.
• HR Interview.
