Job Description:

• The Associate Application Developer will work with experienced application developers to design, implement and support production applications
• The Application Developer will build a strong competency in business processes and application functionality relevant to their area
• Demonstrates good knowledge of and adherence to IT processes and standards
• Works well in both a team environment and independently
• The Associate Developer is expected to demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies and skills
• Participates in translating Business Requirements into Functional and Technical Design documents
• Develops and tests programs and interfaces as specified in Technical Designs and ensures all programming standards and policies are adhered to
• Provides production support of applications and is responsible for determining root cause as well as proposing and implementing solutions
